Challenge
Carradoc Hall, a historic hotel and conference center in Northern Virginia, was transitioning from a Clarion Hotel into Hometown Suites by Red Roof. The property needed a refreshed identity that reflected its new direction while still respecting the character and history of the location.
Solution
I was brought in to oversee the redesign of the hotel’s logo and visual identity. The goal was to create branding that felt modern, welcoming, and aligned with the updated extended-stay experience the property was aiming to provide.
Results
The refreshed branding helped signal a new chapter for Carradoc Hall while giving the property a cleaner, more contemporary presence. It was a great example of how a thoughtful logo redesign can instantly reshape perception and support a larger rebranding effort.
